Return & Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your service order within 25 days without providing any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a service order is 25 days from the date you received confirmation of the service or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the service provider, receives the service.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Service Cancellations:

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The service was purchased within the last 25 days.

  • The service has not been fully completed or delivered according to the agreement.

Non-Refundable Services:

The following services cannot be canceled or refunded:

  • Services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Services that have already been fully completed or delivered.

  • Urgent or time-sensitive services where full performance has begun with your consent.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any service that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
